SS&C Blue Prism digital workers now collect e‑referrals from Concerto, validate and update demographics, create records in Concerto and WebPAS, generate referral letters, and escalate exceptions to staff. The automation returned 36,639 hours to employees, delivered 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance, provided 24x7 processing, improved analytics and transparency, and saved approximately $527,000 — outcomes that SS&C Blue Prism helped scale to four additional New Zealand district health boards.
