SS&C Blue Prism deployed intelligent digital workers and a pre-built Salesforce connector from its Digital Exchange to populate and upload compliance forms directly inside Salesforce. The automation cut form processing time by 5–10 minutes each, handled more than 35,000 applications in two months, returned 175,000 hours to the business, and delivered roughly $150,000 in cost savings—enabling the bank to safely deliver billions in PPP funding.
