Using SS&C Blue Prism, Equinix scaled an intelligent automation program, upskilled staff and empowered citizen developers through a “digital accelerator community.” An automated source-to-pay (S2P) flow now handles about $3 billion in purchase orders annually with digital workers (Simba, S2P Genie, Stella and Frank) — Frank executes 98% of payments.
