Using SS&C Blue Prism, Eastspring deployed Digital Workers across 60 business processes in four countries and integrated RPA with OCR and an end-to-end monitoring solution to provide real-time visibility of every trade and dollar. The program delivered measurable impact: finished ahead of schedule and 12% under planned cost, generated 380% more financial benefits than anticipated, returned 20,000 hours to the business annually, reduced errors and increased employee satisfaction.
