SS&C Blue Prism helped Discover implement a hub-and-spoke operating model where a central hub provides governance and IT infrastructure while business-unit spokes build and reuse automations. The program now manages more than 200 automated processes, returned over 1 million annualized hours, drove a 400% increase in automation candidates, attracted 1,500 employees to a learning summit, and measurably increased employee satisfaction through upskilling and new career opportunities.
