Coca-Cola turned to SS&C Blue Prism when its HR and finance shared services faced a surge in audit complexity after franchising changes expanded audits from one business unit to eight. Using SS&C Blue Prism, Coca-Cola heat‑mapped 85% of HR processes, analyzed 150 processes for automation potential and automated more than 50 processes across multiple SAP systems. The solution moved audits from spot checks to 100% of data audited, extended processing from an 8‑hour day to a continuous 24‑hour cycle with no additional staff, and delivered the equivalent of 16 extra hours in every workday while freeing employees for higher‑value work.
