SS&C Blue Prism implemented RPA across finance and HR, mapping roughly 150 processes and automating 50+ SAP‑related tasks and audits, with automated report generation and case tracking. The deployment added 16 hours of daily capacity (moving to a 24‑hour model), handled up to 8x more work with no extra headcount, achieved 100% audit coverage vs. prior spot checks, improved accuracy and compliance, and freed staff to focus on higher‑value work and better customer experiences — all delivered by SS&C Blue Prism.
