Coca-cola Extends Business Services Capacity and Improves Performance With Rpa

Coca-Cola’s HR and Finance shared services needed to scale capacity, improve accuracy, and enhance the employee/customer experience without adding headcount — effectively shifting from an 8‑hour to a 24‑hour operation while delivering timely payroll, seamless HR processes, and comprehensive audits. To address this, Coca‑Cola engaged SS&C Blue Prism and its Digital Workforce (Blue Prism RPA platform) to identify and target high‑volume, manual HR and finance processes for automation.

SS&C Blue Prism implemented RPA across finance and HR, mapping roughly 150 processes and automating 50+ SAP‑related tasks and audits, with automated report generation and case tracking. The deployment added 16 hours of daily capacity (moving to a 24‑hour model), handled up to 8x more work with no extra headcount, achieved 100% audit coverage vs. prior spot checks, improved accuracy and compliance, and freed staff to focus on higher‑value work and better customer experiences — all delivered by SS&C Blue Prism.
