America Largest And Most Venerable Fund, a $300 billion AUM mutual fund family, was receiving about 50 different monthly client data feeds in dozens of formats, forcing constant code updates and heavy manual effort. To address these challenges they worked with SS&C Blue Prism, deploying Chorus integrated with robotic process automation (RPA) to standardize and manage the incoming data streams.

SS&C Blue Prism’s Chorus-driven RPA bots automatically ingest, cleanse and reformat feeds, detect changes, and minimize manual intervention. The implementation reduced resource hours by 85% per month, produced cleaner, timelier and more consistent data, and improved CRM accuracy and intermediary relationships—significantly speeding up the fund’s monthly and quarterly data processing.
