Chorus Connects with Intelligent Automation Saving 5,000 Work Hours Every Month

Chorus, New Zealand’s major broadband network operator, needed to migrate tens of thousands of customers from legacy copper to a new national fiber network but was hampered by manual, error-prone data entry across disparate systems. To scale and speed those migrations, Chorus engaged SS&C Blue Prism’s intelligent automation (Blue Prism digital workers) with support from local partner Quanton.

SS&C Blue Prism and Quanton helped Chorus establish an Automation Center of Excellence, adopt the Blue Prism Robotic Operating Model, and deploy 20 Blue Prism digital workers that run 24/7 to process about 50,000 transactions per month — saving roughly 5,000 human work hours monthly and enabling nighttime migrations to minimize disruption while freeing staff to focus on higher‑value customer work.
