SS&C Blue Prism’s digital workers now reconcile supplier accounts on a four-weekly basis (or daily when required), delivering a 60% reduction in reconciliation time, eliminating the need to print more than 1,000 pages, and providing complete operational visibility of invoices and claim status against the 90-day cutoff. The automation has freed finance staff to focus on higher-value work, improved claims management and secured executive approval to expand the Society’s intelligent automation programme.
