SS&C Blue Prism delivered a digital worker called “Bunny Robot” to automate receipt and sales reconciliations and to process web-based alteration orders (checking for new orders four times a day, seven days a week). The automation cut alteration turnaround to three days (57% faster), eliminated the Monday bottleneck, delivered near real‑time, more accurate data, and raised customer satisfaction to 92%, while improving finance data quality and operational visibility.
