Working with SS&C Blue Prism, AGCO deployed Blue Prism digital workers across finance, purchasing, HR, manufacturing, marketing, IT and supply chain, automating more than 60 processes and returning over 94,000 work hours to the business each year. The scalable, repeatable program reduced overtime costs, improved compliance and operational efficiency, and runs so reliably that a single Process Controller manages the entire operation within a standard eight-hour week.
