Leading Multi-National Corporation, a $30+ billion diversified technology company with finance shared services across 100+ countries, needed faster productivity gains than traditional IT projects could deliver. To standardize, simplify and reduce waste in back-office finance processes, the company selected SS&C Blue Prism and its Digital Workforce RPA technology to accelerate continuous improvement across its global business services centers.

SS&C Blue Prism deployed Digital Workers to automate tasks such as dunning letter generation and invoice retrieval, freeing collectors from repetitive work and enabling quick self-service. The deployment returned more than 25,000 hours to the business in just a subset of processes, scaled from 3 processes in the first six months to 47 by year‑end (≈1,500% faster), and now runs over 70 live Digital Workers. A single dunning process that took about a month to build was rolled out to each additional European country in roughly eight hours, saving thousands of collector hours and prompting other functions to adopt SS&C Blue Prism’s Digital Workforce.
