SS&C Blue Prism implemented automated processes, a Global Travel Services chatbot (launched in 30+ countries) and OCR-enabled data extraction; the chatbot handles 100+ inquiries daily with only 5% requiring human intervention, and digital workers deliver 200+ reports each morning to staff in 25 countries. The program increased efficiency and employee satisfaction by shifting staff to higher-value work and delivered clear, measurable global impact.
