SS&C Blue Prism helped the tax administration automate 140 processes and scale intelligent automation across the organization. The result was 300,000 hours returned to the business, five million transactions processed, and $79M in savings and revenue impact, while improving fraud checks, prioritizing sensitive correspondence, and enabling faster, more accurate tax application handling.
