Only about 60% of licensees were engaging with the old system, creating inefficiency and frequent support calls.
After adopting Bloomfire—a single, clean platform that combines a knowledge base and social forum with easy posting, video/screen-capture answers, content series, and customizable feeds—SMS Masterminds centralized communications and encouraged peer dialogue. Engagement rose from 60% to 90%, support calls and emails declined as licensees self-served and answered each other more quickly, and the company is now rolling out permissions to share select materials publicly to build a customer forum.
