Giltner Logistics Slashes Onboarding Time and Aligns Distributed Teams

Giltner Logistics, a freight brokerage company with distributed offices across the U.S., needed a better way to share knowledge, improve collaboration, and speed up onboarding. Its old Google Site intranet was hard to navigate and saw little engagement, making it difficult for newer reps to find the information they needed. Giltner turned to Bloomfire to create a more accessible knowledge-sharing and training hub.

Bloomfire helped Giltner Logistics build its “Command Center” community, expand its resource library from about 100 SOPs to more than 460 assets, and integrate e-learning and collaboration across teams. The results were strong: onboarding time was cut by 50%, the platform generated 23,000+ views in its first year, usage averaged 383 views per user annually, and engagement stayed above 95%. Bloomfire also helped teams identify cross-sell opportunities.
