A Bloomfire Case Study
DraftKings, a leading sports-entertainment technology company with over 11 million accounts, faced a growing problem in 2018: research and customer insights were scattered across desktops, Google Docs, and spreadsheets, making findings hard to discover and limiting stakeholder awareness and buy-in. With new product and brand research teams producing high volumes of work, decision-makers lacked a holistic view of the customer and teams risked duplicating efforts.
DraftKings implemented Bloomfire as a centralized knowledge platform, using its full-text and video indexing, custom tagging, and built-in analytics to make research discoverable and track engagement. In the first year they logged 7,200 views across 1,200 research assets, increased stakeholder participation in studies, reduced redundant projects, and improved cross-team collaboration and application of customer insights to product decisions.
