Dime Community Bank, a New York-based bank with more than 100 years of history and over 800 employees, needed a better way to organize and share company knowledge after a merger left its legacy system cluttered, outdated, and difficult to use. The bank turned to Bloomfire to replace the old knowledge base with a more intuitive platform that would help employees find reliable information and make informed decisions.
Bloomfire implemented a user-friendly knowledge management solution, called Dime’s Resource Center, with strong search, AI, and indexing capabilities, along with support for cleaning up and migrating updated content. The results were strong: within the first 90 days, Dime saw more than 12,000 views across 1,200 contributions, with even C-suite leaders engaging in the platform. Bloomfire also helped Dime streamline user management by implementing SCIM for automated provisioning and decommissioning.
