Dime Community Bank, a 100+-year-old financial institution with 60 New York locations and over 800 employees, struggled to surface its institutional knowledge from a slow, cumbersome legacy system—an issue worsened by a recent merger that left much content outdated. VP of Training Sabrina Aucello and Training Specialist Lauren Adamo were tasked with overhauling the knowledge base and decided to replace the legacy tool rather than try to force it to work.
They implemented Bloomfire for its powerful search, AI-driven indexing and easy rollout, and worked with Bloomfire’s team to clean up and migrate content.
