Conagra Brands, a $12 billion consumer packaged goods company with 75+ well-known brands, needed a better way to democratize insights and enable data-driven decisions across its business. Existing document-sharing tools made it hard for employees to find content unless they knew file names, so the insights team sought a searchable, dynamic platform that would ensure curated, up-to-date knowledge was easy to access.

Conagra adopted Bloomfire, building a company-wide community (Iris) that indexes content, searches within documents, and enforces curated, final deliverables. The change reduced siloed one-to-one queries, cut the risk of using outdated content, and made contributors’ work more visible; users now save roughly 20–30 minutes when finding information, most employees spend under 15 minutes a day searching, and the company has avoided redundant research, saving tens of thousands of dollars.
