PSMMC puts mobility at the heart of patient care

Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) is a 1,400‑bed advanced medical center in Riyadh that sought to streamline patient-facing processes—customer care (assessment, review and prescriptions) and outpatient registration—while integrating with its legacy Hospital Information System, tightening patient security, and enabling clinicians to deliver faster, more consistent care during rounds.

Using Bizagi BPM integrated with the HIS, PSMMC rolled out mobile care on iPads and iPhones so doctors can access and update notes, growth charts and prescriptions in real time and even generate prescriptions from the BPMS. The program also deployed 18 centrally monitored registration workstations and tightened KPIs, resulting in a secure, timely registration process, centrally managed workstation performance, and a modern, intuitive care BPMS that is enabling broader mobile adoption and improved patient care.
