Ministry of Housing, City and Territory of Colombia automates water services subsidy process in just 10 days to support over 2 million residents in rural areas

The Ministry of Housing, City and Territory of Colombia needed to launch a new water services subsidy quickly to help rural families hit economically by COVID-19. To do this, it worked with Bizagi to digitize and automate the application, approval, and payment authorization process for the subsidy, ensuring transparency and fast deployment in a national emergency.

Bizagi implemented the solution in just 10 days, fully integrating it with the document management system and enabling monitoring of approvals and subsidy management. The project trained 1,700 rural water service providers and is expected to benefit more than 2 million residents in rural areas.
