A leading Argentinian telecom company undergoing a major merger faced fragmented systems, siloed ways of working and too many manual tasks, which hampered visibility, slowed time-to-market and prevented a shared process culture across divisions. They needed to unify processes end-to-end, improve information tracking and empower customers while accelerating product launches.

The company implemented a process-functional architecture and deployed Bizagi to integrate people, systems and information, add monitoring and alarms, and deliver portals for customers and employees. As a result they automated 190 end-to-end processes (rolled out in about nine weeks), enabled 50,000 users across the group, reduced cloud activation to 5–15 minutes, sped up product launches to weeks (or days for simple processes), improved productivity and self-service, and won the WfMC Business Transformation Award.
