Central American Bottling Corporation (CBC) is a major beverage bottler serving over a billion people across 35+ countries and handling more than 200 million transactions a year. Frequent acquisitions and a complex supplier network exposed limits in their legacy on‑premise BPM: poor visibility, weak SAP integration, no mobile capabilities, slow pricing and promotions (up to 24 hours), manual onboarding and payment risks. Working with Trust Systems, CBC deployed Bizagi as its process orchestration and automation platform, centralizing 17 key processes in 2.5 years and integrating RPA and SAP.
