Anida, part of Grupo BBVA, manages billions of euros in repossessed real estate and needed an agile IT backbone to speed up end-to-end handling of assets. Faced with high volumes from developers and the need to automate admission, purchase and commercialization workflows, integrate portals, ERP, valuation and document systems, and provide full visibility and auditability, the team required a fast, flexible solution to remove toxic assets from the books and adapt to changing regulations.

Using Bizagi, Anida implemented an independent, agile process platform that defined and deployed 12 admission processes in just 19 weeks (five weeks ahead of plan).
