AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co. Ltd. was struggling with a slow, paper-based credit card application process that took more than two weeks from in-branch application to card issuance. The manual workflow created errors, required heavy staff input, and forced the company to store large volumes of paper, so AEON turned to Bizagi to help automate and digitize the process.
Using Bizagi, AEON implemented digital forms on tablets, automated routing into its AS400 system, rules engine and TransUnion checks, and in-branch card embossing for instant fulfillment. The result was a dramatic reduction in turnaround time from over two weeks to under 30 minutes, with customer data captured in about 5 minutes and fewer manual tasks for staff; Bizagi also enabled a reusable process for mobile-app “no-show” loans completed within minutes.
