Nero Blanco Helps Breast Cancer Now Integrate Charities After Merger

Breast Cancer Now, formed by the April 2019 merger of Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now, needed to consolidate employees and data into a single Office 365 tenant to enable seamless collaboration and overcome a culture of “us and them.” To handle the tenant consolidation and migration of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data, Breast Cancer Now engaged Nero Blanco IT and used BitTitan’s MigrationWiz.

Nero Blanco used BitTitan MigrationWiz in a pre-stage approach to migrate 250 user mailboxes, OneDrive accounts, shared mailboxes, archives and SharePoint/Teams data, starting in August and cutting over all users in a single weekend in late September. With BitTitan’s tooling the consolidation was completed on-time and on-budget with high fidelity, minimal escalations, and the combined organisation now operating from one Office 365 tenant.
