Birdeye helped The Fireman Hospitality Group automate review requests by text and email, consolidate feedback into daily reports, and share top reviews on social media. The results included over 8,900 new reviews across all platforms, 4,000 new Google reviews, a 97% average review response rate, a 4.3-star average rating, and 63,000 new Instagram followers, helping strengthen visibility, engagement, and guest loyalty.
