Healthpointe, a multidisciplinary healthcare organization with 12 urgent care centers, faced a reputation problem: many loyal patients were over 50 and not active on review sites, while a handful of negative Yelp reviews were ranking high on Google and hurting patient acquisition. To address this, Healthpointe partnered with BirdEye and its review-generation tools, including on-site checkout kiosks and the BirdEye platform for review aggregation and monitoring.

BirdEye implemented automated on-site review collection via kiosks on existing office computers, aggregated reviews from major sites, and provided real-time alerts and analytics. In 12 months BirdEye generated over 15,000 new reviews, raised Healthpointe’s average rating from 3.3 to 4.8, helped their review site rank #1 on Google above Yelp, drove 90,000+ SEO visits, and established a presence on 50+ sites—while enabling Healthpointe to address issues like long wait times and improve patient satisfaction.
