American Pacific Mortgage, a national lender licensed in 31 states, faced the growing challenge of managing and scaling online reviews for its roughly 1,000 loan officers. The company turned to BirdEye’s review-generation and reputation management platform to simplify and automate review collection and monitoring across the web.
BirdEye implemented automated review collection, cross-promotion to social channels, centralized monitoring (aggregating reviews from 150+ sites) and analytics via its Athena NLP engine to surface sentiment and category grades. As a result, American Pacific Mortgage saw reviews grow from 4,228 in 2016 to 11,639 in 2018, maintained an average rating around 5.0, boosted online presence, and gained actionable insights to track individual loan officer performance — all enabled by BirdEye.
