PENNSYLVANIA CENTER FOR DENTAL EXCELLENCE, led by Dr. Leonard F. Tau, struggled to stand out online in a crowded dental market and needed a way to generate the patient reviews that drive search visibility. To solve this, the practice partnered with Birdeye and began using Birdeye’s Reviews product to systematically collect feedback and build an online reputation.
Birdeye implemented automated SMS review requests that directed patients to Google and other major sites, centralized review monitoring, and workflows for responding to and resolving negative feedback. As a result, Birdeye helped the practice collect 1,800 reviews, increase Google review volume by 135.5%, achieve a 46.7% conversion rate from request to review, and earn prominent placement in Google’s local pack with visible star ratings—boosting click-throughs and new patient acquisition.
