CENEGENICS, a pioneer in age‑management medicine with 20+ centers, needed stronger social proof and higher search rankings to attract new patients despite 22 years in business. In June 2019 they selected Birdeye’s all‑in‑one customer experience platform—using Reviews, Insights, and Surveys—to generate and surface verified patient feedback and improve online visibility.
Birdeye integrated with CENEGENICS’ Salesforce CRM to automate review requests, publish reviews to Google/Facebook and the main website, and run patient surveys that revealed pricing opportunities. The results: a 4.6 average across 4,264 reviews, more positive reviews than in the prior 22 years, a world‑class NPS, and a surge to 158,857 website visitors, higher search rankings, and measurable new patient growth thanks to Birdeye.
