Zodiac Pool Systems, a global manufacturer of pool and spa products, needed to scale and automate its online review generation and reputation management to match its high-touch call-center experience and to gather actionable feedback across 300+ products. To solve this, Zodiac partnered with Birdeye and adopted Birdeye’s Reviews and Insights as part of a 360-degree reputation management strategy.
Birdeye provided review monitoring, automated review-generation campaigns integrated with email, review marketing (SEO-optimized microsites), and analytics including the Athena NLP and Business Insights tools. The results with Birdeye were strong: a 75% increase in overall review volume, 1,900 reviews responded to and 400 issues resolved in FY17, higher ratings for more than 20 products, and uplifts across key metrics (e.g., +27%, +30%, +113%, +310%), leading to improved product development, visibility, and customer experience.
