Birdeye consolidated MEDLINK GEORGIA’s messaging into Inbox, added Webchat/Chatbot for real-time answers, and used Reviews with AthenaHealth integration to send automatic review requests and robust reporting. The result: a 15x increase in reviews, patient satisfaction up 20%, 53,000+ patient interactions, reviews grew from 52 to 807 and average rating rose from 4.1 to 4.7 (some locations went from 0 to 300 reviews in six months), improving patient experience and online visibility.
