Birdeye’s mobile app and automation let the team send targeted email and SMS review requests via a simple check-in workflow, monitor reviews across 150+ sites, and track ratings and NPS with detailed reports. The impact was rapid and measurable: Birdeye helped generate 915 reviews in six months, grew Google reviews by 108% and Facebook reviews by 43% (overall reviews +58%), saw a top location increase of up to 357% in reviews, and raised average ratings by 0.4 stars.
