Southern Careers Institute is a private school with eight Texas campuses and an online campus that struggled with a poor online reputation despite a long history and loyal students. Before switching from Grade.us, the school was getting only 11–12 reviews per month across locations and held a 1.9-star rating. In June 2019 they began using Birdeye (Reviews, Surveys, Ticketing, Insights) to centralize multi-location reputation management and gather more student feedback.

Birdeye implemented automated, segmented review-request campaigns (via SFTP feeds, email and SMS), deployed Surveys and Ticketing to collect and act on deeper feedback, and used Birdeye Insights (Athena NLP) and reporting to monitor trends. As a result Birdeye helped Southern Careers Institute increase reviews by 400% in six months and raise their rating to 4.3 stars, while driving a 744% increase in clicks-to-call, 710% more map views, 525% more web visits, 417% more search views and 361% more directions — plus their best-ever quarterly NPS.
