How Cornerstone gave every one of their 11 locations consistent customer experience

CornerStone Staffing, an 11-location staffing company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, was getting mostly negative-biased reviews and relied on a slow, manual process for asking customers for feedback. To address uneven online reputation and make review collection part of recruiters’ workflows, CornerStone turned to Birdeye and its Reviews product.

Birdeye automated review requests, added a leaderboard to track recruiter activity, and gave CornerStone visibility by location. The result: in five months CornerStone collected more than 1.5× the reviews it received in all of 2018, monthly review volume rose to at least 65 across locations (versus as few as 18 previously), reviews more than doubled year-over-year in a five-month span, and overall star rating increased by 0.3 — all delivered through Birdeye.
