Complete Care, a multi-state medical care provider with 16 locations, faced a shortage of online patient reviews and limited visibility in search results despite generally positive patient experiences. To centralize and automate feedback collection, Complete Care partnered with Birdeye and deployed Birdeye’s Reviews, Listings, Interactions, Insights, Benchmarking, and Mass Texting solutions.

Birdeye automated review requests, consolidated monitoring and responses in one dashboard, and enabled campaign messaging via mass texts. As a result, Complete Care generated more than 17,000 reviews, raised its average rating to 4.8 (a 17% lift), achieved a 3,000% increase in reviews per location, and saw a 50% open rate on review requests; locations moved onto Google’s first page and cost per lead/click declined. Birdeye’s platform also cut staff time on review management and provided actionable patient insights for operational improvements.
