How Birdeye helped this health center stand out from the competition

Family Care Center, a mental health provider with four clinics in the Colorado Springs area, was having trouble getting patients to leave online reviews: manual review requests produced low conversion rates and took too much staff time. In January 2018 they chose Birdeye and its Reviews product to automate review requests and monitor reputation across more than 150 sites.

Birdeye integrated with Family Care Center’s EMR to automate requests, set review goals, and cross-post five‑star feedback, which quickly drove measurable results: an additional 237 Google reviews and 74 Facebook reviews, Google rating rising to about 4.6 (from 4.2) and Facebook to 4.2 (from 3.7), plus new visibility that helped the practice stand out from local competitors. Birdeye’s automation and dashboard tools delivered clear improvements in online reputation, patient referrals, and search prominence.
