Bed Pros is a 12-location mattress retailer in Florida that struggled to collect online reviews despite many satisfied customers. To address declining visibility in search and purchase decisions, Bed Pros began using Birdeye’s Reviews product (Birdeye customer since Sept 2018) to automate review requests and manage their online reputation.

Birdeye integrated with Bed Pros’ CRM to send automated review requests at checkout, added an employee Leaderboard to gamify request volume, and centralized review monitoring and responses. The results were immediate: review volume grew more than 4x in the first full month, top reps sent hundreds of requests (e.g., Tony 318, Shaun 237), and Bed Pros saw increased visibility and revenue as new customers discovered them via reviews — all driven by Birdeye.
