Safe Haven Security, the second largest ADT Authorized Dealer in the US, faced a critical reputation problem: strong in-person satisfaction but weak online visibility (a 2.8 Google rating with 292 reviews) that was costing customers. To address this, Safe Haven turned to BirdEye’s reputation management platform to capture, analyze and act on customer feedback — including the ability to run retroactive, employee-level performance analysis.
BirdEye helped Safe Haven gamify review collection (monthly $500 prize), send review requests at installation, auto-tag reviews to technicians, and use a BirdEye leaderboard and response tools to track and respond to feedback. The impact was immediate: Google reviews doubled within five weeks and BBB reviews tripled, Google reviews grew to 725 and the Google rating rose to 4.0, request-to-review conversion reached 40%, and the stronger reputation improved customer retention and recruitment.
