BirdEye automated timed review requests (e.g., three days after signup), provided customizable email and SMS workflows, a branded review microsite, and centralized monitoring and social promotion. The results: a 6000% increase in reviews year-over-year (2015–2016), a 5.0 average rating across 100+ reviews (112 shown), a rating 21% above the industry average, and more than 20,000 visits to the microsite — driving measurable increases in website traffic, leads, and phone calls for Rani Alfers Insurance Agency.
