Brockport Smiles, a single-location dental practice in Brockport, New York, was struggling with online reputation and patient communication—having just three Google reviews and limited ways to connect with patients who preferred texting. The practice turned to BirdEye, leveraging its reputation and messaging tools (integrated with Brockport’s Dentrix patient management system) to address both issues.
BirdEye implemented automated review requests, a live review feed, BirdEye Messenger, and webchat so patients receive same-day text/email review links and can message the office easily. As a result, Brockport Smiles grew from 3 to over 330 Google reviews in about a year and a half, improved local search rankings into the Google map pack, reduced phone volume, increased new patient leads, and made communication easier for anxious patients—all driven by BirdEye’s platform.
