SkinSpaMed, a spa and cosmetic surgery center, was generating more reviews with BirdEye but still losing potential patients who landed on their site with questions. To close that gap, SkinSpaMed added BirdEye Webchat to their website alongside BirdEye’s review platform so visitors could get instant answers on their phones and provide contact details for follow-up.

Using BirdEye Webchat and the BirdEye Messenger inbox, SkinSpaMed converted chats into text conversations, captured leads for targeted SMS campaigns, and followed up to request reviews. The impact was measurable: in the first month 86% of chats turned into appointments (81% of those with new clients), both locations saw substantially more new clients month-over-month, and overall SkinSpaMed doubled monthly new clients and booked appointments year-over-year.
