To solve this, LendingUSA partnered with BirdEye and used its review-generation and reputation-management platform — including NPS surveys, targeted email/SMS review requests, and a custom review microsite — to systematically capture and surface customer feedback.
BirdEye’s solution segmented contacts, routed promoters to sites like Google, CreditKarma and BBB, and drove easy review submission (SMS requests converted at 32.3%). In the first year BirdEye helped LendingUSA send 158 campaigns to 31K+ contacts, generate 250x more Google reviews and 20x more reviews overall, earn a 4.7 rating (27% above industry average), and drive more than 95K website visitors.
