To simplify and scale review collection, The Novello Group turned to BirdEye’s review-generation and reputation-management SaaS tools.
Using BirdEye’s automated text templates, review widgets, and competitive benchmarking, The Novello Group generated 86 new client reviews from Jan 2018–Jun 2019, raised its average rating to about 4.9 (a 1.1‑star advantage over the industry baseline), and now has roughly 28% more reviews than the average real estate firm — driving more online contacts and helping close more deals. BirdEye’s platform also enabled live review promotion on the firm’s website and ongoing competitor tracking.
