Bird helped OCUS automate notifications, streamline onboarding and assignment workflows, and improve transactional messaging across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Line, email, and voice. The impact was significant: more than 124,000 notifications were automated, 16,500 hours of manual notification sending were saved, and efficiency improved by 14x. OCUS also reduced manual photoshoot assignment work and positioned itself to cut customer service manual intervention by 50% over the next six months.
