Bird helped Matahari run large-scale WhatsApp campaigns, target loyal customers with personalized offers, and detect spam to improve support efficiency. The results were strong: over 15 million marketing messages were sent with a 98% delivery rate, and conversion reached 6.5%—about 2.5x the industry average.
