Billtrust’s Cash App Connect routed lockbox images directly into the on-site Billtrust software and used proprietary templates and point-and-click capture to automate payment data extraction and application. The automation doubled check processing (50 to 100+ checks/hour), enabled same-day posting, allowed Pitt Ohio to reallocate 60% of A/R headcount, increased productivity by 75%, and reduced payment exceptions by 25%.
